The Welsh International Hooker has signed for the London Broncos for 2021.

Fozard, who left the club at the end of the 2020 season to join Ottawa will once again link up with his Broncos team mates for pre-season training in January .

Speaking to the club earlier today Matty was genuinely delighted to be returning to the club he left only a short time ago saying “I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity to sign for London once again.

I should say a massive thanks to Wardy, Langers, David Hughes and Jason Loubser for giving me the chance to come back and to my agent for getting this deal over the line.

I cant thank Wardy enough for all of his support behind the scenes, allowing me to rejoin this club, I owe him massively and cannot wait to play for him again this year.

In such unprecedented times my personal circumstances did change. However I am over the moon to be back and playing in front of the Broncos fans and will give my all for the club in 2021.”

Club CEO Jason Loubser was equally thrilled to get Fozard back at the Broncos and said “Matty has been a stand out Professional at the club during his first spell. His opportunity to play overseas did not work out for him but due to the manner in which he conducted himself as a player for this club there were no reservations in having Matty back in London. He is just the type of player we want around the set up at the Broncos and the culture we are aiming to create.”
