Grima names 19-man squad for Leigh clash

London Broncos head coach Joey Grima has named his 19-man squad for the game against Leigh Centurions on Sunday at Leigh Sports Village (3pm kick-off).

Included in the squad are  Jarrod Sammut (dual registration) and Tom Gilmore (one-month loan) following injuries to Joe Keyes (1-2 weeks) and Nick Slyney (awaiting scan results).

“Gilmore is a player that Widnes coach Denis Betts recommended as someone that can get us around the park,” said Grima. “The addition of Sammut brings opportunities where we’ve been hit hard by injuries. I’ve watched Sammut played over the past six seasons in the NRL and Super League and I consider him to be a valuable player due to his versatility.”
