Henderson names 19 man squad to face Halifax

Andrew Henderson has named his 19 man squad to face Halifax on Sunday, in his side’s fifth Super 8s outing.

“Simply, this is a must win game for us. We’ve played some fantastic rugby league so far in these Super 8s, and this our chance to really step up, and play consistently well for a full 80 minutes,” said the London boss.

“We know we’re capable of it, and we have aptly demonstrated that we can, and will, compete with the best teams in this competition.

“The boys are hungry and determined for these two points, and we know only too well that they are a necessity if we are to continue on the path to achieving our goal this season.

“Richard Marshall’s side have not found themselves in the Qualifiers by fluke or chance. They deserve to be competing with the best – and really pushed Hull KR and Warrington – and are adding real value to this competition.

“I’m confident your London Broncos will put in a performance we can all be proud of, and give a good account of themselves.”
