Henderson names side to face Hull KR

Andrew Henderson has named his 19 man squad to face Championship rivals, Hull KR, on Sunday, hopeful of bringing home the two points on offer in round three of the Qualifiers.

“Our last two outings have shown the nature of this competition – it’s highly competitive and everyone has the ability to beat everyone on their day,” said the London boss.

“Promotion isn’t achieved after two rounds, and with 10 points still available, the opportunity to be promoted is still within reach. This Broncos team of 2017 is very capable of making this happen, and I know they will fight hard in this competition for this goal.

“We treat each week as it comes, and prepare to win. We go into each game with the attitude that we can win it – we’re not targeting particular games.

“We face Hull KR this week who are a good side, and have made a strong start to the Qualifiers. In saying that, we have a quality team who can rise to an occasion and perform. The team has prepared well this week, and understand that we will need to perform at our best to earn the two points.

“I know how good this London Broncos team is when they play with the right attitude, desire and smarts, and I trust the players will deliver that on Sunday.

“As a group we are excited about the challenge and opportunity on offer this week.”
