The London Broncos Supporters Association has further cemented their commitment to the Broncos, sponsoring the Broncos academy in 2016.
The agreement sees the LBSA logo featured on the home kit of the academy team, which was revealed for the first time last Saturday, after the first team’s match against the Newcastle Yowies.
Formed in 2014, the LBSA aims to represent London Broncos supporters, maintain and value the history of the club, as well as communicate with the wider Rugby League community in London.
CEO of the Broncos, Jason Loubser, says the club appreciate the support and contribution of the Association.
“For the first time in our history, the whole club is under one roof – the first team, and the academy and scholarship teams – and it has been fantastic for the boys’ morale. There’s a new atmosphere at the club, and we’re looking forward to a big 2016 season for all of our teams.
“Having the support of the LBSA for our academy is another step in the right direction. We have some of the most committed and passionate supporters in the game, and their commitment through the Academy sponsorship is testament to that”.
Chairman of the LBSA, Mark Reynolds, echoed these sentiments, and reflected on the achievements of the Association in just a few short years.
“It’s a real achievement for the Association that in just a couple of years we’ve put ourselves in the position to sponsor the Broncos Academy” he said.
“A special thanks of course to those members who support our 100 Club and made this possible.”
