London Broncos 50 – 16 Batley Bulldogs

London Broncos played their final home game at The Hive on Sunday afternoon with an emphatic 50-16 win over Batley Bulldogs.

Star of the game was Sean Morris scoring¬†five tries, to equal Martin Offiah’s record of tires in a game (in a cup match). However it’s the first league game in which a player has scored five tries.

Ben Hellewell (2), Sadiq Adebiyi, and Iliess Macani scored the other tries, with William Barthau kicking six conversion and Joe Keyes one conversion. Broncos led 24-12 at half time and blew Batley away in the second half in which James Craven sin-binned for a high tackle on William Barthau, who left the field with a shoulder injury.
