Would you like to work for the Broncos on a match day? We’re looking for hospitality and 1980 Club/Members Lounge hosts and hostesses, and retail assistants for the Club Shop!
Hospitality Host/Hostess:
Role responsibilities:
- Welcoming VIP and hospitality guests to and from the 1980 Club
- Ensure the guests are enjoying the experience throughout the event
- Communicate all match day details of the event to the guests on the day
- Escorting guests to and from their seats if required
- Awareness of ground facilities, general info and where to access information
- To liaise and assist Commercial Manager with hospitality and Members Lounge requirements
- Ensuring that guest complaints are dealt with efficiently
- Welcome Season Ticket Holders, Sponsors and 1980 Club members to the Members Lounge after every home match
- Ensure all guests have the relevant access pass to the lounge
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills essential
- Good time keeping
Club Shop Assistant:
Role Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down of Club Shop and merchandise on match days
- Retail experience preferred but not a requirement
- Make sales through Shopify via shop iPad (include cash and PDQ transactions)
- Responsible for stock during matches, including restocking of items sold during the day
- Knowledge of ground facilities and general info
Skills:
- Good customer service
- Good time keeping
- Interpersonal skills essential
- Well organised
