Under 16s named for Castleford clash

Huw Goodwin has named his side to travel to Mend-A-Hose Jungle this Saturday, taking on Castleford Tigers at 1pm.

The team will be determined to come away with the win, after losing to Wigan at home on Sunday, despite being in front for large parts of the game.

“The Under 16s came away frustrated on Sunday, having pushed Wigan all the way in a tight contest at home. It’s good that we have a quick turn around so the players wont dwell on that and are able to move on to the next challenge with a trip to Castleford,” said head of youth, Rob Powell.

“There is plenty for us to continue to improve but we are happy that the players are developing well individually and getting stronger as a team.”
