AIB Freeholds to sponsor 'The Gold Lounge' for 2024

London Broncos are delighted to announce a commercial partnership with AIB Freeholds which will see them sponsor ‘The Gold Lounge’ for 2024.

AIB Freeholds have been a longstanding supporter and sponsor of the club and London Broncos Head of Commercial, Mark Kemp is delighted to renew the partnership for the upcoming season.

“David and AIB Freeholds are true supporters of London Broncos so it is fantastic news that they will once again be proudly sponsoring the Gold Lounge.

“David was one of the many supporters that joined me at the live screening of the Grand Final against Toulouse in the By The Horns pub at The Cherry Red Records Stadium, we now look forward to sharing many more exciting moments over the course of next season!”

AIB Freeholds sponsored The Gold Lounge’ during our historic 2023 Championship winning season and therefore say it was a no brainer to renew that deal for this year;

“As a Broncos supporter and sponsor it’s been a mixture of great, good and in-different times but following what was an incredible 2023 season our decision to continue our support in the 2024 Super League season took little time to consider.

“I started watching the Broncos back in 1980 as Fulham RL and have travelled around the nomadic journey including to The Stoop, The Valley, Ealing and all other venues for 44 years now.

“We are delighted for AIB Freeholds to extend its support and sponsor of the club across all sections and we are looking forward to the 2024 season and beyond.

“Come on Broncos!

David Turberville.”

MIKE ECCLES: “Things will get better this season.” London Broncos Director of Rugby & Performance Mike Eccles has assured fans that better things are on the horizon after a sticky period of form. It has been a tough run of results with three consecutive results but also injuries and unavailability of dual-registration players has meant Mike Eccles has been operating with the bare minimum in terms of players available for selection. The run doesn’t get any easier as this weekend Broncos are on the road again but this time to the league leaders Halifax Panthers on Sunday.

MATCH PREVIEW: Barrow Raiders vs London Broncos London Broncos have their longest away trip on UK soil this week as they make the trip up to Cumbria to take on Barrow Raiders. Broncos have lost their last two games and last three away games so will be looking to bounce back with a win on Good Friday. Mike Eccles’ side were a matter of seconds away from victory against Batley Bulldogs at The Cherry Red Records but suffered heartbreak as Alfie Dean scored in the final play to send the Bulldogs back to West Yorkshire with the points. Barrow have enjoyed a good start to the season and come into this game off the back of a good win at Widnes Vikings with a 37-12 win. It means in the early stages of the season after 6 games the Raiders have won 4 and currently sit in 4th place.
